Sports education of a child is the key to healthy and harmonious development of a child's body. Correct physical activity aimed at the whole body is of particular importance for preschoolers aged from 2.8 to 6.6 years. It is during this period that the active development of the child takes place: the musculoskeletal system is formed, the foundations of good health and full-fledged physical development in general are laid. Therefore, proper physical activity is necessary for a child from an early age. Some parents completely neglect the physical education of their children. Others, on the contrary, trying to achieve sports victories, overload children with sports. Oddly enough, this approach is fundamentally wrong, because many doctors do not recommend that kids go in for professional sports and receive heavy sports loads. Therefore, in the issue of physical education of preschoolers, a moderate, balanced approach is important.

The «MDA» Preschool Sports Club works on the three basic needs of a preschool child:

Club «MDA» programs

«First step»

This is an introductory workout, where within 60 minutes the child will get to know the basics of sports exercises in a playful way. A child psychologist will help the most shy children adapt to class activities in a team, and the presence of parents in the class will cheer up young athletes.

Duration of the program: 1 workout, 60 minutes long.

«Step forward»

Workouts take place in a relaxed atmosphere, the exercises are simple and fun. Perhaps a great love for sports will arise here.

Parents can watch the workout from a separate room on TV. A psychologist who is present at training will help the child adapt to the situation, and, if necessary, will advise parents on how to painlessly overcome children's complexes and reveal their capabilities.

Duration of the program: one week, which includes 2 workouts of 50 minutes each.

«Evolution»

This is the main program of the club, which is focused on the harmonious development of the child. In addition to training physical skills, the program includes tasks for interaction with peers, psychological development and obtaining general educational knowledge.

Your child will not be left unattended, because classes of the Evolution program are conducted by two trainers. And a child psychologist who observes children will help parents in the psychological formation of a child.

Duration of the program: 7 months, weekly 2 workouts lasting 50 minutes.

«Olympia»

For experienced little athletes who have undergone preliminary training in the Evolution program, a more complex Olympia program has been developed. As part of training in a playful way, children perform more complex sports elements and get acquainted with various sports.
