The training program includes a set of tasks and exercises aimed at adapting the child to the group, coaches, gym, form. Coaches immerse the child in an atmosphere of ease and openness.

"Evolution" (subscription for 7 months)
The main program of the club provides a set of exercises aimed at the full physical development of your child. Each month is designed to train specific physical skills, social interaction and psychological development tasks. Depending on the age group, all children receive a range of additional knowledge from understanding colors and geometric shapes to learning the basics of the English language!

Olympia (subscription for 9 months)
Olimpia is the second major program of the MDA club network. It is designed specifically for pupils who have completed previous programs and are ready to receive increased loads with the ability to perform more complex sports elements. As in other programs of the club, Olympia has a game form, and its feature is the ability of a child to transform into athletes from various types and areas of sports (9 types in total). Homework, certification training and additional general educational elements unconditionally remain in the program and even become more interesting!
